What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including cash, checks, credit cards, and bank transfers. We're also open to discussing financing options.
Is a deposit required, and how is the rest of the payment structured?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit the day the work starts. The second half is due upon completion. Occasionally we’ll ask for a deposit in advance base on the scope and any materials that need to be pre-ordered.
For larger projects ($60K+) we often break the deposit and remaining payments into 1/3 or 1/4 payments depending on overall scope and timeline. This would be determined during the contract phase.
How long will my project take from start to finish?
The estimated days and overall project hours will be included on your detailed proposal. The Gantt Schedule in your client portal will keep you updated on any alterations to the timeline.
What happens if there are delays?
We strive to adhere to our timelines, but in case of unforeseen delays, we maintain constant communication through your client portal and work diligently to stay on track. Please read a previous blog detailing factors that may influence your project timeline, why it’s crucial to understand them and ways to communicate during the process.
Do you offer maintenance services?
Yes, we offer seasonal maintenance services to ensure your landscape remains in top condition. Feel free to contact us to discuss your specific requirements. Based on the unique aspects of your property, we'll be happy to give you a tailored quote.
What are the ongoing maintenance costs?
Maintenance costs vary depending on the landscape's complexity and the types of plants and materials used. We can provide a maintenance plan that suits your landscape's specific needs.
What kind of warranty do you offer on your work?
We offer a 1-year warranty on the craftsmanship of all hardscaping, spoftscaping and other features as well as a 1 year, 1-time replacement on all plant material. Manufacture warranty information on specific hardscaping materials will be provided based on the project scope.
How do I claim a warranty if needed?
